These Terms & Conditions constitute the binding legal agreement between you and ma888. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on the ma888 platform.

Each player is permitted a single ma888 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of balances held across all associated accounts.

It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the ma888 Platform is lawful in the Player's jurisdiction. ma888 does not warrant that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law are not permitted to register or play.
To register a ma888 account, you must provide: (a) a valid Malaysian mobile number (+60); (b) a secure password meeting ma888's minimum complexity requirements; and (c) confirmation that you are at least 21 years of age and legally entitled to use the Platform. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. ma888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify registration information at any time.
Each individual Player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) ma888 account. Creating, or attempting to create, multiple accounts — including under different names, mobile numbers, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension, account closure, and forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts.
Your ma888 account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including any wagers placed or transactions initiated by a third party who has accessed your account through your credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify ma888 support immediately.
ma888 is required under its international gaming authority licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification on all accounts prior to processing the first withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of a government-issued photo identification document — either a valid Malaysian MyKad or a current passport.
ma888 may request KYC documentation at any point during an account's lifetime — not only at the time of first withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of a formal request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality on the account. Persistent non-compliance may result in account closure. ma888 is not liable for delays to withdrawals caused by a Player's failure to complete KYC verification in a timely manner.
Deposits to a ma888 account must be made using a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the deposit is made from a payment source owned by a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. Deposits made from third-party payment sources are subject to reversal and the associated account may be closed.
The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30. Deposits are credited to the Player's real money balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ma888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. This requirement exists as an anti-money laundering control. Withdrawals must be made in MYR. The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50.
Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification as described in Section 3. Pending withdrawal requests may be delayed where compliance review or identity verification is outstanding. ma888 targets same-day processing for e-wallet withdrawals submitted before 17:00 Malaysian Standard Time on business days, subject to verification status.
The ma888 Platform operates exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions are denominated in MYR. ma888 accepts no liability for any exchange rate movements or conversion costs incurred by Players using payment methods denominated in currencies other than MYR.
All bonuses and promotional offers provided by ma888 are subject to specific wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry periods. These terms are communicated at the time the relevant promotion is offered and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagers on games marked as excluded or contributing at a reduced percentage toward wagering requirements do not count toward fulfilling the wagering obligation at the standard rate.
ma888 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk or hedging wagers designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent; exploiting errors in bonus credit calculations; or participating in coordinated activity with other players to abuse promotional terms.
ma888 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account before the date of amendment, provided the Player continues to comply with the applicable terms.
All wagers placed on the ma888 Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant product — casino, sportsbook, slots, or lottery. These rules are accessible within each product section of the Platform.
In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or error during a gaming session, ma888 will determine the outcome of the wager based on server-side records. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the wager stake is refunded. ma888's decision on disputed wager outcomes is final subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 12.
ma888 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed in error, that exploited a clear pricing mistake in the sportsbook, or that was accepted contrary to applicable rules. Players will be notified of void wagers and the stake returned to their account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ma888 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, closure, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:
ma888 may suspend or close a Player's account, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances: (a) breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) suspected fraudulent, money laundering, or prohibited activity; (c) the Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure; (d) the Player becoming ineligible to use the Platform; or (e) as required by ma888's regulatory compliance obligations.
Upon closure of an account for breach, any real money balance remaining after deduction of outstanding liabilities and forfeiture of bonus funds may be returned to the Player following the completion of applicable compliance review. Where closure is requested voluntarily by the Player and no compliance issue exists, the real money balance is processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.
ma888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all products on the Platform. Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion.
Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and applied to all ma888 products simultaneously. A self-excluded Player may not open a new account during the exclusion period. Players seeking a permanent self-exclusion may request this through Live Chat support — permanent exclusions are not reversible.
Players who demonstrate signs of problem gambling — including frequent high-velocity deposits, repeated requests to reverse self-exclusion, or support interactions indicating distress — may have protective restrictions applied to their account at ma888's discretion, without requiring the Player's consent, as part of ma888's duty of care obligations under its gaming licence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ma888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services; (c) any delay or failure in game outcome determination due to technical fault; or (d) any unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes ma888's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. ma888's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the net deposit amount paid by the Player to ma888 in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.
ma888 makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in all jurisdictions. Access from jurisdictions where such access is prohibited is at the Player's own risk and responsibility.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ma888 holds its international gaming authority licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is disclosed in ma888's licensing documentation available upon request through Live Chat support.
In the first instance, Players must attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting ma888 customer support through the Live Chat channel. ma888 targets an initial response within 24 hours and a full written resolution within 7 business days for formal disputes. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal support escalation, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution function in accordance with the procedures prescribed by that authority.
Disputes relating to the outcome of individual wagers must be submitted within 30 days of the wager settlement date. Disputes submitted beyond this limitation period may not be considered.
ma888 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ma888 will notify registered Players by email to the address on file or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.
Continued use of the ma888 Platform following the notification of amendments constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.
